It's a bit of a relief to see somewhat-high numbers of refusal but this move on behalf of the company is completely illogical. You can't easily replace 7,000 employees. And the union is actually preparing to fight it on legal terms. Why would a big, greedy business screw itself over like this? Do you honestly expect me to believe this is their decision?
