I just find it interesting that they keep using that term to help protect Alec Baldwin and try to further protect him from scrutiny.

He was the producer (boss) so it all comes down to him for running a proper and safe filming location. But the media is actively trying to portray him as a victim of faulty guns and bad workers.

Not a big conspiracy, but clearly a cover-up to protect one of their own.
