$WHACKD

For background am an RN in a very small town of maybe 1300 and a whole region of maybe 10-15k. I work at both the hospital and the long-term care home in town. Tonight we just had our 4th young adult (18-20) with myocarditis. He is 19 and fit as can be. Our ER doc told us that he was advised that maybe 1 in 100000 could get this but we just had our 4th! I've never felt right about everything from day one and I just thought I would add my little piece of information to the big mix of evidence that what they say is not what is really happening.
