The New York Supreme Court has just reinstated all employees that were fired due to not getting a vaccine and has ordered backpay for them. "Being vaccinated 'does not' stop the spread of COVID-19." This is a huge win for NY. A big congratulations to all there that held the line.

EDIT: This reinstatement may only apply to state-employees and not private companies, but I wouldn't be surprised if some people wind up suing private companies now. Only time will tell.
