In 1798 George Washington was warned about the Illuminati infiltrating the Freemasons. Unfortunately, Washington’s expectations for American lodges were too high as he did not think the Illuminati would infiltrate them. We know how that turned out.

I think this also explains how America was founded by masons but they had very different views than modern Freemasons. They valued liberty above all, but today the masons are a den of snakes who control from the shadows, likely as a result of this infiltration by the Illuminati
