if you asked me this question a couple years ago, I would have agreed. However now Putins actions appears like he is actually taking on the WEF. the petrodollar is supposedly the heart of the NWO. if he broke off from it that means he shot them in the heart? We all know what happened to leaders who abandoned the petrodollar (saddam, gaddafi) and those guys clearly weren't with the NWO. what do you think?
