Ik ik this is a weak conspiracy but I need to share this
My entire life doctors have wanted my tonsils. They always say they are inflamed and swollen and should be removed.
I notice as well the area under my chin has all these nodules and is sore 100% of the time.
Well yesterday and last night... I was just pissed off at myself as a 25 year old gets sometimes.
I decided to do my workout routine only breathing threw my nose. It was uncomfortable at first but I quickly realized my output was legit like 20% better. Dramatically less fatigue all around.
Then the big one. I legit taped my mouth shut before I went to bed.
I'll keep it short, I have never woke up this recharged in my entire life. Not only that. I got less then normal sleep because I worked late. Like 7 hours total.
My entire respatory system is like hydrated. My kneck is way less sore.
You gotta try it.
