Hey Everyone,

First and foremost, I hope all is well with you and yours. If you currently find yourself in a position to grow and move toward establishing some type of goal that would be gratifying to you in your life, I truly hope that is the case for you.

That being said, the landscape we currently collectively find ourselves in is changing rapidly; I think this is a reality we can all recognize for ourselves. I don't say this to incite fear or the fear of uncertainty, but to instill the people reading this with a tool to be utilized in this changing landscape and in the spirit of being prepared and anticipatory.

The age of digitization is an age of propaganda being able to edit and re-edit itself in real-time. If you haven't recognized this happening already, then trust me (bro), you will begin to notice at some point.

Information that doesn't change, however, is what we deliberately decide to write down in a physical log.

I don't mean to tell anyone what to do, but I'm hard-pressed to find a fault in suggesting to people that they should probably keep a physical journal of what they're experiencing during this time and as they move forward into the future.

I would expand on that, but this post is pretty self-explanitory. If we can't rely on those in this world to tell us the truth, we should at least have some form of reference for our experiences to serve as an anchor and provide us with a sense of direction in these coming years.

It doesn't have to be some stylized vomiting of thoughts and feelings if that's your idea of what a journal is. It could just be the date and some bulletpoints of your experiences throughout the day; just anything that strikes you as noteworthy. It could be something you thought was beautiful that you noticed, or it could be something infuriating, but keeping track provides structure and it aids in the brain's ability to temper it's focus.

I mean, if you look around nowadays with everyone on their phones and whatnot, is it such a far cry to say that people could benefit from focusing a bit more closely...?
