Ingo Swann, one of the members of the CIAs Stargate Project, while remote viewing, mentioned the existence of ET's and a secret base on the dark side of the moon. With NASA planning to revisit the moon, it would seem rather coincidental that all the talk of UFO's, or UAPs or whatever term they use, is being discussed, with the possibility that yes, certain government agencies are fully aware of extraterrestrial existence and do actually have pieces, or intact, craft that they have been researching and analyzing for years now.

Is it possible that certain government agencies have been aware of strange events on the moon, and possibly the fact that Ingo Swann was possibly correct in his remote viewing activities? Is that the reason that we have not been to the moon since the early 70's and now, if Ingo's Stargate project was successful, the various agencies want to acclimate people to the idea that yes, ET's are real, so that when we do return to the moon in a few years, and verify that yes, there is a secret alien base on the dark side of the moon, the news won't be so 'earth shattering' as we have been introduced to the reality of alien life?
