Like many of you, I used to browse this sub for hours, and I was soaking all the darkness of the world, and it was making me very depressed.

I have since stopped browsing this sub because it was negatively affecting my mental state.

If you need help in your life call out to God or Jesus for help, and they will help you.

It is as simple as saying aloud from your heart "God or Jesus? Will you help me?"
